AZAB 2007Parkinson's Disease Society

Caroline, Josh & Henry Walker

The Parkinson's Disease Society is the leading charity dedicated to supporting all people with Parkinson's,
their families, friends and carers.

The Inspiration
James’ father, Henry’s grandfather, was diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease at the age of 66 and bore this degenerative disease very bravely until his death aged 74. Caroline, James’ wife and Henry’s mother, was diagnosed with the disease 3 years ago aged 50 and is an inspiration to all she meets. Drugs have improved immeasurably between the two diagnoses and Henry and James want to contribute to the research to ensure that as few people as possible have to suffer from this progressively crippling disease. Additionally they would like to repay in small measure for the wonderful support that they have had from the Parkinson’s Disease Society.
